H and I went in on a whim one night when we got off work late and didn't want a long sit down meal.
Flip Burger has the 'build your own' burgers, but they also have their Signature burgers with different toppings that they have experimented with and figured out what flavours taste good with what.
Since I am sort of picky I ordered a regular cheese burger, and then added bacon and mushrooms, as well as usual toppings like lettuce, pickles etc.
H ordered the South Western (one of their signature burgers), I didn't try it but it disappeared pretty quick so it must have been pretty tasty.
The burgers were awesome, and while the fries were good I probably wouldn't get them again...the burger was filling enough!
Your meal comes on these awesome wooden trays, which makes it seem like its a bit classier than most 'fast food' joints.

Their downtown location is even open late from thurs - sat (4am...great for those who enjoy the bar scene)
